Hi! I’m Lauren, a wife and mother of seven children, on Instagram as @thegentlemommy. At my core I love sharing the beauty in the day to day service to my family. This looks different all the time- we milk cows and goats, raise and process our own meat, and cultivate a home-centered life together as a family. I’m passionate about combining research with a healthy dose of doing what works, and I’ll always prioritize connection over productivity (even when it’s hard!).
